Weekday Morning/Early Afternoon Your choice of program with just three registered students! Bring your friends to start a group! Private lessons are also available. Equipment Wear layers of athletic clothing that are comfortable and easy to move in. Dance wear is best for checking posture and alignment within the poses. Avoid eating before class. For the comfort of your classmates, be clean and avoid wearing scented products, such as perfume or body sprays. Pricing Monthly rate: $12 per class if paid on the first class of the month Drop in rate: $15 per 60-minute class Multiple class discounts are available (see link below). Parents of Irish Dance students can take advantage of our family discounts to save even more on yoga classes. Private lessons: $25 per 30-minute class; $55 per 60-minute class Semi-privates (max 2 people): $37.50 per 30-minute class; $75 per 60-minute class New students pay a $15.00 registration fee (covers Aug 1- July 31) For all classes & workshops: Registration Contract
Air Yoga: Move like a kid again! Let our comfortable yoga slings cradle and support your body in beginner through advanced poses. You'll experience increased stretches, muscle release, body realignment and relaxation. You’ve never felt so good! Air Dance: Warm up with classic yoga poses and then use the Air Yoga slings to create sequences of movements.Try the sequences on a fixed point, low-slung, swiveled apparatus. Learn to dance to ropes & other apparatus. Advanced-level class; instructor approval required (also offered as private classes). Power Punk Yoga: An intense, cathartic routine set to powerful music that is also a great cardio workout to get you sweating as you tone your whole body. Because sometimes you need a little attitude with your yoga! For intermediate to advanced students or those used to challenging fitness routines. Yoga for Dancers: With the constant stresses dancers put on their bodies, yoga is the perfect way to keep bodies toned and balanced. With its emphasis on correct stretching and proper aligment, both the mind and bodies of dancers will stay flexible with the techniques taught in this workshop. NB: Inversions are not for everyone and can be dangerous for students with certain medical conditions. Please fill out your registration forms carefully and discuss all medical conditions with your instructor.
