The Flying Irish Studio is known for the excellence of its Irish Dance training program, including award-winning solo and team competitors. Our dancers prove their ability when they take to the stage during feisanna and shows. The studio is the home of The Flying Irish Dance Troupe, the region's only pre-professional Irish Dance performance group. Dancers are encouraged to participate in classes to their chosen level: fun & recreation, competition and/or performance. For 15 years we have been welcoming students from Ashby, Ashburnham, Athol, Fitchburg, Groton,Harvard, Lancaster, Leominster, Lunenburg, Townsend, Westminster, Pepperell, Petersham, Shirley, Sterling, MA and from Amherst, Fitzwilliam, Greenville, Jaffery, Keene, Mason, Milfod, Mont Vernon, New Ipswich, Peterborough, Rindge, Swanzey, NH. We look forward to seeing you at the studio or at one of our dance troupe's many performances! Open House & Fall Registration: Monday, August 27, 5:00-8:00 pm in Shirley and Tuesday, August 28,5:00-8:00 pm in Ashby. Free lesson--come give Irish Dance a try and watch classes in progress.
